TALKBOARD RULES
Hi everyone - please take a second to read through these simple guidelines for using our talkboard. Most of this is just common sense, but in the interests of keeping this a lively, friendly, all-ages free forum:
1. No inappropriate language or content.
What's inappropriate? Well, we're pretty liberal and all, but there are kids on this board - use your brain. Profanity is the crutch of the ignorant. This also applies to pictures you post or upload to your profile.
2. No flaming or personal attacks.
Either your post will be deleted, or your account will be. No exceptions. If you have a serious personal problem with someone on this board, handle it elsewhere or contact a moderator.
3. Keep your posts relevant to the section they're posted under.
Don't post the same thing under every heading. That's annoying.
4. No personal messages.
This is a public forum. Try to keep your posts relevant to the subject, and to the board in general. Please don't clutter up the board with "Hey so-and-so, check your email" posts. That is what email accounts and instant messengers are for. These kinds of posts will be deleted so that they don't push more interesting posts off the board.
5. Be nice!
We're all friends here! Anything that is deliberately inflammatory or unkind will be edited or deleted. Don't get me wrong - an unpopular opinion is still an opinion, and you have a right to it. But if you go on to a Harry Potter Rules thread and post "Harry Potter Sucks", it will be deleted. Use your common sense.
...and finally:
6. READ YOUR POSTS BEFORE SUBMITTING THEM.
We have better things to do than edit your posts for you. You are fully responsible for everything you post, and ETH takes NO RESPONSIBILTY for anything posted on these boards. They are your opinions, and ETH does not necessarily share them. So before you post something, take a deep breath, read over what you've written, and then submit it.
That being said, if you REALLY regret posting something, email us at admin@enterthehaggis.com and we'll get to it as soon as we can.
